Now have 2 of these gadgets. One huge one a buddy made that is really heavy. Wife and kids gave me a kingkooker for Christmas and is light and easy to move around. What do yall cook on them besides the fajitas, eggs and chorizo etc

I saw a guy do this with his disc cooker. If you master this, you will make many new friends and enemies...

Skinner will be along in due time. Pastor is one of my favorites off a disk Yeh buddy, pastor is good stuff. I cook on mine all the time. Probly 10 times in the last week. All sorts of breakfasts. My favorite breakfast at camp right now is leftover grilled red marinated fajitas, smoked sausage, & eggs. Two days ago I made carnitas, disc works great for them. I love making a “discada”, marinated pork, beef, chicken, chorizo, sausage, bacon, shrimp cooked in stages and all mixed in together at the end and seasoned. Sometimes will mix in fried golden potatos too. I do tripas once in a while, hmnnn. Discs are also great for making a guiso de puerco (pork stew in a nice red or green gravy). I’ve got a lid for mine that comes in handy, especially if making chicken & rice etc. I fry fish, shrimp, backstrap etc..the possibilities are endless.

discada... its what this dish is called.
everything chopped (pica... chopped small)
thin beef "steak" (7 or something similar is fine...anything really) bacon lots of chorizo hot dogs tomatoes jalapenos onions garlic cilantro (add at the very end)
soy sauce lime juice beer salt pepper
start off with oil then add in steps
beef (cook half way) bacon (cook half way) hot dog (I like to get a browning/sear) chorizo jalapenos, garlic and onions (til almost translucent) then add in everything else and push everything together in the middle like a dome/pile and let cook til everything is soft or cooked to your liking (if it starts to dry out a little add little beer but usually doesn't happen) right before serving mix in chopped cilantro
warm up some corn tortillas and add some salsa... with your favorite beverage. oh man good stuff on a cool night.
