Dan Harrison's shop is only about 30 miles down the road from me and I've been thinking about wandering over there and looking into getting a drop point hunter made. He's been making blades for something like 65 years and his reviews look good but I'm curious if anyone here has any personal experience with his knives. I'd like to know how they compare to something like a Randall since I have a couple of them and can use them as a benchmark.
So, anyone got any info on his blades you're willing to share?
Thanks.

Been to his shop to look, twice. Blades looked a little rough for the price. Randall's are a higher price and a VERY long wait time to get one, but his quality is better. I would do a search on,"texasbowhunter.com" for knives. There are some very good Blade Smiths that are on there and the price quality and wait time are more in line. Type "knives" in search bar. Will not be a waste of your time.
