Hey i got some gift cards to cabelas from extended family and they equaled $100, question is what’s a decent set of binos that can ride around in my truck and ranger? I have a nice set of leupolds but usually keep them put up unless I’m going to the stand. If there’s not a decent pair out there for around that what would I need to add to it to get to a decent set. Just looking to be able to a few hundred yards or so.

Throw another $100 with it and get the Bushnell Legand Ultra HD. Excellent low light performance and clarity. Color spectrum is not great. They easily outperform the Leupolds I have in the same price range. The leupolds do have much better color but lose clarity in low light or at distance. They have become loaner binoculars for people who have no binoculars.

I got a pair Vortex Raptor 10x32 binoculars as a door prize. They are in your price range. I probably never would have bought them, but I use them as an an extra pair to throw in the truck, etc. They have worked well so far.

At academy the Leupold McKenzie 10 x 42 were on sale for $119 the other day. I picked up a pair! Great and light for carrying around. Like them better than my Nikon Actions.
