Good eating! My son killed some this year and we grilled some breast and also chicken fried some. Both were excellent eating and I dont think a person could tell you what animal they were eating if they didn't know. Definitely doesn't have a taste that would make me think it was a bird..
I tried a new recipe from off the Internet. I cut a pocket in each half-breast & filled it with a sautéed mixture of bacon, onion, peppers & mushrooms. Coated liberally with Montreal Seasoning. Then off to the grill.
