Most panels have 8" vertical wire spacing, but you can get some from as little as 4" up.
You can see the optical illusion created by camera placement when you compare pics that show how wide the spacing looks from the front of pen to how narrow they look at the back of pen by mesquite tree.

Hard to guess much of anything from those pics, 3 - 4 yo, 15" - 18".

BTW, your pen is way too small, IMO.
Finding a spot where water won't stand under/near feeder would be advantageous.

Agree Rustler, I see multiple doe in there but usually one buck at a time. Larger may improve that.

Start over with the pen. At least twice the size and 34-36 “ on the panel height. I recommend 10-12 34” hog panels.

Kind of agree with you, I see 4yo all day. Either way, hope he makes another season to see what he looks like next year, then maybe one year but I can't control whom may unload on him. The crapshoot of LF hunting, though I'd not trade the unpredictability of it....
