Hey I got a LCO at a great deal and I want to run a magnifier but there’s no need for me to spend $1200 on leupold a evo. Has anyone know of which magnifier set up will work well or are they all pretty much the Sam set up as far as matching the height? Thanks

The EVO would be cool, but I can understand not wanting to spend the $1200. The LCO has a center of lense height of 1.5 inches above the rail. Most flip to side magnifiers will have this same approximate height.

This combo will work well and the mount has a center line of 1.5 inches

Thanks guys. I’m not real familiar with the red dot world so I didn’t want to buy and it not work. The evo would be slick but for $1200 I could buy a real nice scope. Maybe I’ll catch a used one out there someday

I have a LCO as well & also didn't want to spent the $ on the EVO. I paired it up with a Vortex VMX-3T magnifier & it works fine. Obviously not as good as the EVO, but about a grand cheaper.

I've looked at the Vortex and the Eotech magnifiers side by side. The Eotech is definitely clearer optics. Of course you are paying a lot more for the Eotech magnifier. Both are much cheaper than the EVO.
