Want to do an oryx bone in shoulder. Need some ideas on what everyone else does. Crockpot? Oven? Thanks, Rex

I'm getting ready to do a pot roast with a boneless three pound chuck. I plan to brown it, put it on top of carrots, onions, and potatoes, add a package of onion soup mix, cover about half with water, put a lid on it, then stick it in the oven @ 350 for two to three hours.

Try that on you bone in shoulder.
