same song different verse, hunted 11/25 and while watching a couple of does out pops this boar between us and the feeder. Boom and we hear him crash a few yards into the brush. We hop down about 5:10pm to look for blood before it is totally dark. We are walking all over with our flashlights out talking about where he was standing and headed when i look up the hill and here came 9 more with a bunch of piglets, on a run from the top of the hill to the feeder. Everyone, 3 of us, froze and after 3, 2, 1, only one gun went off. Misfire on an AR and my bolt was open. So, son connected on one under the feeder then one running back up the hill. measured 44inches around heart girth. 230-240lbs.

Just another successful deer hunt, eh?
