Guys this place is killing it...Went Friday at noon and they had already sold out of their Friday special smoked carnitas tacos... Went with both types of brisket,pork ribs and their homemade regular sausage...His bark is to die for,brisket pull apart not fall apart, and the ribs perfect bite off the bone.. He has a sauce that resembles Luling,I could drink it.No need to use it on the meats.. I tried it with the bread..LOL. sauce is on the tables in squirt bottles..He also makes his own pickles and jalapenos.. Not that nasty jar stuff.. Beef ribs are Sat.. I hear they are incredible from the locals eating that day..It is actually between Hillsboro and Whitney on 22...Next time I will be there at 11!!!
