One of my old roommates was notorious for putting whatever leftovers we had in the breakfast tacos. Leftover fried fish crumbled in tacos was not my idea of great tacos but with some shredded cheese and hot sauce it ate.

Nice job. I like to do the same thing and kids think I'm weird. Basically just mash up and brown leftovers in a skillet then add eggs. It is hard to beat king ranch chicken done that way.
