I have had this a long time. It's sporterized with a very nice monte carlo style stock and has been drilled for scope. Everything else is original. Really nice shape overall. Anyone have an idea on the value?
Thanks

Just a WAG here, I'd guess between $250-$400. Decent sporterization on it. Nothing fancy wood but, good, clean lines across the board. To really be able to get accurate quotes from someone, close-up pics of the action and any rust spots, dents, dings, 'love-marks' etc would be good. If you've shot it, how's the trigger? Accuracy? All sorts of things can go into raising, and lowering, the value.

Rifles are similar to boats and young women...there's no end to how much money you can pour into them without making them any more useful.

Search for it on Gunbroker...great place to see what guns are selling for.

My guess is garage gunsmith job buehler safety, factory barrel, Bishop sock. $225. Too many unknowns unless you know who did the work.

Appreciate the replies. No dings, no rust smooth action and from what I remember it shot well. Been in the safe 30+ years. Thanks guys.
