I'm starting the process of replacing items damaged in a fire. I've had the RCBS and it worked fine. Just wondering if there is any significant difference between the RCBS and the Hornady? One better than the other? One more accurate than the other? Thoughts?

Rifles are similar to boats and young women...there's no end to how much money you can pour into them without making them any more useful.

I haven't used the Hornady personally but have had my Chargemaster for about 10 years now and no complaints.

This question has been asked here before and the Chargemaster was the out and out winner among posters here I believe.

Love Hornady products..... except the auto-charger. RCBS is better of those two.

Chargemaster, one mod I made to mine is a straw inside the bore of the trickler which helps prevent over charging.

I am going green. The red has bad reviews on utube for over charges. Look at the videos.

Good choice, when I replace my Chargemaster ir will be with an auto drop. I got tired of the over throws with the Hornady and chunked it in the trash
