I used to hunt on a lease out near Brady, and we had an old cull 7 that HATED raccoons and squirrels!
Once I saw him hook a raccoon and literally throw it out of the feeder pen. I would have given anything to have that on video.
That buck got to live an extra season because several of us passed him, and I think it was partly because he was so entertaining.

Coons are a pain on my place in Dickens county. I've trapped several during archery with those tubular hand hold traps. They not only eat my corn but they actually feed the hogs by hand spinning out the corn over the waiting pigs below. I see this on camera often. Next time i'm up I will make a stronger effort to reduce there numbers.

I have used petroleum jelly on the legs. They hate it.

That raccoon just picked the wrong deer to mess with! Raccoons are like hogs, coyotes, rattlesnakes and copperheads...no mercy for them! No matter how many you take out there are always more.

No kidding. Better keep that one around.
