Wife noticed our pork supply was getting kind of low. So she asks when I was going back to Texas and get some more. 👍🏼👍🏼 Booked me a February two day thermal hog hunt with Tyler at BLACKLAND OUTFITTERS near Bonham. Went with him this past April and harvested three nice size hogs. Did the quick meat removal (hams, shoulders, & loins) that time. This year wife says get at least four and bring back the heart & liver for dog food and the whole carcass minus lower legs / head. I looked at her and said “Whatever you say honey”. Talk about a great wife (37 years and counting)!!!!!
