I’ll post in the outfitters section as well so if this isn’t quite allowed here I understand

I’m looking to add a few birds to the collection this year and want to go on a good ringneck hunt. Not just a few here and there but a true ringneck beatdown to be able to pick out some good specimens, feel free to pm me or give me a call if you’ve got something I’m looking for. Prob be 2-3 hunters

Well good luck, hope you shoot all of them. Don't think the ringer invasion has happened yet.

Not to offend you, but I've never heard those words before. They are thick in Oklahoma right now. My buddies shot a 4 man of them in Savannah/Kiowa this past weekend off of highway 69.

Lol well I already have 13 species on the wall, gave away another 10 mounts that I got done when I was younger just weren’t done well but I barely have any Time to hunt at all anymore let alone scout. Used to hunt 50-60 days a season every year. Divers are on the list this year both scaups and ringneck was the goal this year

Good luck, by the pictures that are posted that could be one of the easier guide requests.

yea you should have no issue accomplishing that goal this year. i hunted a place near bonham last year and watched easily 500+ come in and land. picked out the few teal that came in, they would get up after i shot and then circle back and land back on the pond. good luck!

Lol funny I just want to hammer down on some little white footballs, I was supposed to hunt New England this year but that trip got cancelled, I could go shoot sprigs, wigeon and redheads all day down here on the coast, I’d also be happy to trade hunts down here in Corpus for a coastal marsh hunt if anyone has a good ringneck pond

Mid Dec for about a week.. In Bonham.. Paris area it gets thick...Real thick... Call Bryan Glass at Redleg outfitters.. he has a few large lakes that get filled with them.. We took a 7 man group out 2 years ago and limited in 1 hr.. Not all rigers but 75%....and before anyone goes BS crazy about paying to shoot ringers,it was 4 guys first time to hunt ducks, and Bryan was completely up front where we were going to do...We were good with it.. the next day he put us on 75% green!!!

We had barrel burner on Thanksgiving morning in Grayson County. 3 man limit in about 15 minutes, all drakes. They are fun to shoot! [Linked Image]

West of Fort Worth. Contact DTK Waterfowl. He has a conservation pond that will hold hundreds of them from time to time. If you are flexible I know he can get you what your looking for.

Bryan Glass with Redleg Outfitters in Paris has several good diver holes. He can hook you up.
