He has been missing in action for a month but just showed up! My son says he thinks he is 4 and needs a year! What say you?

I agree with others and think he is 3.5 and would let him pass... but I don't know where your ranch area is, neighbor hunting mindset or patience for letting him grow. Good luck sir and to each his own.
