It all goes in mine. Heart, gizzard, liver, neck meat, and boiled eggs. Add a bottle of white wine to the turkey pan for superior gravy.

yep, used all the parts (at least pieces of all) for giblet gravy, boiled egg and chopped up green onion. I used a twist from my MIL's recipe by adding about 1/2 cup of flour to 2/3 cup milk, mixed well to thicken the stock mixture.

Heart, neck, and gizzards go into my giblet gravy. But don't EVER put liver in anything I plan to eat. Liver of ALL species becomes dog food at my house
