Never heard of it, but when I'm doing my research into a place or outfitter that I've never been to, I focus on the bad more then the good. In my opinion, over 90 % of people do not write reviews. So if I read one negative review, I'm pretty sure that there are a lot more unhappy people out there. I try to read between the lines. Are they unhappy because they missed and couldn't shoot? Are they out of shape and unable to get up the mountain? Where their expectations unreasonable? Or did they sight specific issues, violations of the law, lies about how much land was available or fake pictures of game taken? Or was the lodge nasty, the food inedible and the guide incompetent or rude? There are plenty of really good outfitters and guides out there to choose from without mixed reviews. I took a chance once with a guy in Idaho that was a great salesman, but probably one of the biggest liars that I've ever come across in the hunting world. I head he was in jail, so it's good that it finally caught up with him, but I was nervous about going there after booking the hunt, and I should have trusted my gut and never booked a hunt with him.
I hunted it (lease) for several years. There's some good bucks on it. Typical of the hill country. If you're patient, you will kill a mature one. The rut, around Thanksgiving and post-rut is best hunting time. Lots of hogs and some turkey as well. Coyotes, fox, bobcats are there in abundance. Here's pics of a couple of mature bucks from the Storm Ranch that I killed. I will add, that it took a lot of hours in the stand before connecting with these bucks. There were lots of sits with few or no deer. Lots of sits with does and young bucks. The mature bucks are there but have lots of heavy brush and deep canyons and ravines to hide out in. You have to pay your dues in time invested.
