Smoked a sirloin tip roast? Aldi's has them on sale. I was thinking about cooking one on the smoker like a briskit.

I do shoulder roast pretty often so that's as close as I can say. Cook them to about 125 and slice thin... reminds a lot of people of prime rib when I season it up with salt, pepper, and garlic. Cheap, easy, and taste good.
Big ones line-up, little ones bunch-up

Push several garlic cloves up inside it before cooking.
