In Montague it is now so should be same there. We will see it off and on until first week in Dec. Last weekend was really good for us and bucks. Doe are hiding.

Bucks were searching hard opening weekend in Clay and the deer I shot was already paired up with a doe

Been going on since season started and probably last two to three more weeks. Our mature bucks are paired up also but seeing a ton of deer.

I'm in the far NE corner of Jack county, right on the border of Montauge. Opening weekend was covered up in deer with young bucks chasing. Last weekend I didnt see any bucks but my cousin shot a decent 8pt last Thursday. The week before and through Thanksgiving is usually the best on our place.
