IDK how big your tank is but I put 20 lbs. of Fat Head minnows in a 3/4 ac. tank..

If you stocked everything at once here is what will happen. The bream will eat all of the little minnows in a couple of months, the bass will eat all of the bream in about 6 months. The catfish will destroy all spawning of the above stocked fish. Your bass will grow to about a pound the first year and stunt due to lack of forage. In the end you will have a pond will bass with big heads and little bodies and catfish. The catfish will continue to grow because they will eat anything in the water. I hope you get lucky but probably won’t. If this happens just enjoy the catfishing. Or kill them all and start over. Put in bream and bluegill and fathead minnows first. Set a few wooden pallets in shallow water for the mommies to spawn on. That will protect their eggs and fry. After about a year add bass and maybe some Black crappie. Don’t put in catfish at all but if you must wait several years. After a couple of years keep a bunch of bass under 12 inches anytime you fish there.

Solid plan here

You'll never have bass with those mud cats in there. The mud cats will get huge and eat everything else.

That catfish looks like a bullhead to me.

I would sure not put any crappie in a pond that size. They will stunt worse than the bass.

^^^^ this. No crappie in a tank that small. Research pond boss magazine as mentioned to see how many pounds of fish you can carry. You'll need to harvest often with heavy emphasis on taking cats out.

I think in lieu of that the land owner is supposed to get in the tank, bend over, and let them bottom feed...

The cat is a bullhead and the other is a green sunfish. I wouldn't recommend bass in a pond of less than an acre or more. My favorite stocking scenario there is about 5 pounds of fathead minnows, 500 hybrid bluegills, 100 redear sunfish and 50 hybrid stripers. Use a feeder and quality fish food. Stake the feeder down so the hogs can't turn it over.
Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.

Have a pond about that size on the lease that has a good population of bass or did before then drout when it almost dried up and lost most of the big ones, weren't many but there was acouple that were 7lbs + in it. It was stocked originally with bluegills then a year later a few bass were added from another pond. we keprt all the bluegills we wanted and very few of the bass. Just those that were hooked deep and doubtful they would have survived. Now with almost no one fishing it it is what it is and still a lot of fun fy fishing it with 3wt rod, for bluegills and bass to about 2lbs.
Best results I ever saw on a new stocking of a pond belonged to a friend that had a 5 acre pond drawn dow and the dam reworked, when it was about half full we stocked it with bluegill and red ear. The next year added bass to the pond and did not keep any bass for 2 years after stocking them. After that first year kept all the panfish we wanted. He also got the water tested and fertilized it to the according to the recomendations from the water tests. 4 years after the bass were stocked I caught one that was 8.25 lbs. and by that time bluegills one to 1.25lbs were common.

You have mud cats and green sunfish. Those green sunfish will out compete all your other sunfish. Mudcats are a nuisance. I'm betting you have a pond above yours on the water shed that need yours up
