New location in Denton has a good supply of their 600lb stand and fill. Well built, legs are sturdy and a good design for $399.00. I recall a recent thread where the exposed motor and covered cable on the bottom was being questioned. Who has one, and how do you like it.

Very nice feeder for the price and it slings corn 15 feet all four directions.

Easy to fill being chest high

Did you cover the motor and cable at the bottom, below the plate?

I saw on another site where guys are using 6” dryer vents and sprinkler system caps to protect the motors.

It’s the coons you’ll have to worry about.

The coons lose interest pretty quickly when there's no spinner plate to jack with.

Understood but the motor and wire are exposed. We’ve had coons pull wires loose on ASF’s beefier stand and fills so that would be my concern. A simple enclosure of the motor would solve that though. Great price.
