I didn't find anything on a forum regarding the Racka sheep (SCI recognized sheep) so here are a few pics from this year:

Just when you think you know about hunting, along comes some fella from Croatia with a critter you’ve never seen nor heard of before, and with a scope mounted so far back on his rifle, it looks like a guaranteed rearrangement of the face. I’d love to know more.

The breed is a feral species commonly breed as a hair and meat animal in Hungary, although no wild population of Racka sheep occur, most if the rams hunted today are estate, (ranch ) raised. Several European hunting clubs are now offering these sheep for "hunting "purposes now that they know Americans will give them money for just about anything with horns on its head.

What does it cost to hunt that thing? I use to date a girl in High school that had hair like that. bolt

Well, DC described the situation quite well, although there are no Americans on that pictures (clients from Croatia, Slovenia, Chech Rep., Sweden and Australia). It's not a wild species but if you want to hunt them, it can be quite expensive (you can google "Racka hunt price"). Price ranges from 3-6000 $. Hunters who want Racka knows what Racka is and they don't expect hunt of the lifetime. They just want a picture, nice trophy on the wall and take the Racka Sheep off the bucket list. Fair enough if you ask me. I usually offer Racka as a "extra-species" (trophy fee 1500-2000 EUR) when clients come for mouflon or Balkan Chamois hunt. Looks great both mounted as a Euro mount or a shoulder mount.
