I just checked my game camera and this guy shows up all of a sudden. Looks like he's been here two days, and the rut has finally started. None of the pictures of him are any good, but you do get an idea that he's a nice ten point in this picture. I'm calling him the Ghost because the picture has a ghostly quality to it. I own 68 acres North of Tyler and this is the best buck that I've ever seen on my land.

Good luck with him...he's a dandy! We have a farm in the Mt. Sylvan/New Harmony area and have never seen a buck that good.

No sightings of him over the weekend. Just a few does and a small 4 point. Nobody is bothering with my food plot of 3 corn feeders, but they are all on their way to somewhere. I usually see hogs too, but I only saw one all weekend and it was heading somewhere too. Must be the rut, nobody is hungry, and they never stop walking.
