When I saw the first pic I thought surely Bill isn't putting peas and carrots in his meatloaf.....  Last pic looks great.....spitfire makes mine from scratch....don't know what all she puts in it but I eat it up....

It would be much better if you used bacon ends and pieces (chopped) and raw sausage meat mixed with the hamburger, but I know your cooking is almost as good as mine.

This is one of my favorite leftover dishes. I had it again tonight. Tomorrow its tenderloin fiestas, and steak Sunday night. I'll have it agin Monday. It's a big pot of chili after that.
