 65 Acres Hunting lease in Wood county

65 acres track in east Wood county is now available after previous lessee called on Nov 3
to back out of lease he had agreed to in September and again 2 weeks ago. He said someone
nearby had leased land for less. Terms of the proposed 2018 lease he had accepted were
already better than the 2017 lease, but guess he thought he could save a few $ by reneging
so late in the year. I know its late, but if you are still looking for a great lease about
85 miles east of Dallas, call me at 972-661-1085 or email glenhart@swbell.net.
NOTE TO LANDOWNERS: Get money upfront if dealing with D.S. of Yantis, TX don't count on him
keeping his word.

The annual lease I am on starts on Sept 1st. If it is not paid in full by that date, I am off it. That gives the LO time to find someone else before the season starts. The LO informed me when I joined that he treats the financial part of the lease as a business.

There was a post about you from last year right? Somebody coming to look at your property and lease it but when they got out there you already leased it out from under them? Sounds like you got bit by karma to me....

I signed good lease on this land yesterday, 11/14. I apologize to all who requested information about my post. I have been so busy arranging for eye surgery
