I have been trying to figure out how to do a whitetail antler mount with plaster of Paris and leather material. I have done a couple that turned out ok but I have trouble with my material getting wrinkles around the edges and I have tried every which way I can think of but I just canít seem to be able to get it right. I have a couple that were done by the taxidermist and it looks like they just cut the material to size and went right on. Iíve watched a lot of YouTube videos and I canít figure it out. Does any one have any tips or hints they would be willing to share? Thanks

Use glue and staples. 3m trim adhesive is good. Aerosol or tube.
