We went on a sandhill crane hunt with Crooked Wing Outfitters.
Had a great hunt with my Dad, cousin , and friend.
Always a good time sharing hunts with friends and family.

When I lived in Brownfield , I would fillet out the breast , and cut cross ways , making a bunch of medallions, i would chicken fry these,
I would compare this with the best backstrap venison,
