I typically hunt out of a tripod bow blind but my teenage girls wanted to start hunting this year. I knew if I was going to keep them interested, I was going to have to keep them warm. The wife got ruined 25 years ago and won't go back so this has been my project the past couple weeks. Still have some work to do but wanted to get it set up as quick as possible.

Used 1"x 2" rectangle tubing for the frame with 2" rigid insulation board in the walls wrapped with ABS plastic sheeting.

Windows and door came from “The original Deer Blind Window Company” out of Dickinson Texas.
Basically the same as deerview windows. Was looking at 4-6 weeks on delivery with Deerview so went with TODBWC. All was in stock on the shelf. Great quality, no regrets

They shipped. Would be cheaper to go pick it up. Shipping was about the same price as the cost of material. They crated it up on a large pallet. I would have thought they could have rolled the sheets and shipped much cheaper.

I was going to use the same material but its cheaper to use treated plywood. I'm pretty much done spending money on paint too, I think treated is the most economical way to go. There's place that sales the same material 30 miles from my house, I used the ABS plastic for roofing but I bought what was in stock 1/4'' was $60 a sheet. Now I'm just framing out the roof on a 4/12 pitch and using tin on top of treated 1/2'' plywood, I seal all seams with high temp jointing gasket RTV I get from work, I found it to be the only thing that won't separate or crack from the seams. No leaks and air tight, occasional scorpion will find its way in the blinds but I spray all the blinds with bifen mixed with permethiran once or twice a year which kill everything.
