Will resume tomorrow morning. I haven't had any recent pics of him, but his running buddies showed up this morning looking for corn. Unfortunately, there was no corn to be found after the biblical flood we had this week. There's plenty of grub now, and I'll be in the blind early. Fingers crossed.

I was surprised when I didn't see any deer at daylight this morning. I pulled my card before I left and saw there was a huge group of hogs chowing down when I walked in. The deer said forget that nonsense.
Round 2 will begin at 4:30pm.

UPDATE- OPERATION: DIAMOND DOWN Call it buck fever if you want to, but my old buddy Diamond walked out at 10 FREAKIN' YARDS this evening and I instantly shot him in the neck. I had a little shooter's remorse after I came to my senses and realized that my chase for Kicker is over for this season, but Diamond is easily my personal best and has always been one of my favorite prospects. He's 5 this year and he didn't really add much since last year, except he's historically been an 8 point. Anyway, I have a BBD, I have a cold beer in my hand, and I live in America. I'm a happy dude.
