Buckeye, I eat a ton of almonds. Seriously, way too many. And, I eat a pack or so of celery a week. It's honestly nothing more than a substitute for my nervous type grazing when I sit down to watch t.v.. I can't eat many carrots due to the diabetes. They blow up my sugar levels fairly quickly.

For some reason, and I think it may be the season, I'm really battling right now. My body is acting like I can't get enough to eat to ever feel satisfied. For the most part, if I eat a big, and I mean a Jethro size, bowl of baby spinach salad greens along with a small steak or chicken breast, I feel okay for a while. During the summer it held me over fine. For some reason, I'm craving more right now. Perhaps I have bear dna and am trying to get ready to hibernate for the winter...

How is your water intake? Keeping a big jug of water around all day really helps me curb appetite cravings.

Hey Ex. I always need to do more. I'm trying to do a little over a gallon of water per day. Some days I fall short.
