What is the best way to keep a vehicle charged if it may only be started once a month?

Run a Battery Tender on it. Very low amp trickle. I run them on my riding mower and Mule. First riding mower battery lasted 8 years. Mule battery is on its third year and going strong.

Battery tender if you have acces to power. My BIL sells golf carts and he sells a solar powered trickle charger for them if you want to go that route

Yup. 2A trickle charger, with auto shut-off. I keep one on my tractor, that has two 12V batteries. ~$25 from Tractor Supply Co.

Harbor Freight, was $25. Solar, plugs in the lighter socket, place it on the dashboard. Used one on my lease ride, works.
