Congrats to the young huntress  Very good tracking job Dad, sometimes we make teh best call we can for an action then when something is not right second guess ourselves. Glad you recovered the buck and her smile is worth all the effort. Thnks for sharing

Thank you all!! She is still on cloud nine and can't quit telling the story to everyone she knows.. I never dreamed that watching your own child sharing your very own passion could have such of an impact on a mans heart, it' can not be described. I just finished the last bit of butchering and packing the meat in the freezer. Taking the cape to the taxidermist tomorrow, but for now it's time for a whiskey and coke to celebrate!

When he was young, I told Dale Jr. that hunting and racing are a lot alike. Holding that steering wheel and holding that rifle both mean you better be responsible.
