Yes I know I need to rotate the pictures but these guys one says it is upside down and the other said it looks great

2 lbs % lean beef
2 medium onion
TBS gaflic minced
pound carrots
pound mushrooms
3 potatoes
2 sweet potatoes
can tomatoes
can corn
2 jalapeños chopped
2 pablanos chopped
bag of green peas
2 shiners
Brown meat with onions and garlic
Add the rest with all taters cubed up
Heat to 350 then turn down to 190 an let cook over night.
Beer bread cooked with Shiner and like in the beer bread thread
3.5 cups self rising flour
1/4 stick melted butter in batter
1 shiner
1 egg
Mix all and pour in greased pan with 1/4 stick of butter melted in pan and some flour sprinkled on top
let sit for 20 minutes before baking at 375 for 55 minutes
