 Anybody familiar with darting/tranq guns/procedures?

Lost a few animals in a flood a couple years back and all of a sudden they are showing up at our low fence feeders looking really good. I was just gonna shoot em for me and dont really want to pay someone to round them up for me, which got me thinking about darting. I know zero about it. Let me know your thoughts.

I bought my gun and also buy my darts from Pneu-Dart. Have worked out very well.
