Spent 4hrs checking the back of the creeks around the FM99 bridge this past Saturday. Didn't see a single duck, with the exception of a single coot. Water has put all of my spots 8' under, season opener gonna be different to say the least. Has anyone see anything on or around choke? Not asking for spots or anything, just confrontation that my eyes aren’t deceiving me.

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting.......holy kaka.....What a Ride!

Well all my spots that where knee deep in late January where 8’ under water last week, with that said the water has risen another 2’ this week. I tried to run to the back of some creeks with a mud motor, but there’s just to much vegetation blocking you from reaching the back in most instances. The shallowest spot I found was 7’.
