Water tis between the bridges North&South boundry lines. Good chance gates are closed.

River starts gettin up like that, they start closing gates down the camp ground rd. Starting with gate ta last camp. Every thing (deer, hogs, two legged critters) starts headen West end of WMA. Old atv trails on east side under water.
Son & i done some hog hunts (Jan-March) often waist deep, going ta higher ground ta higher ground. Ya i was bad example. Can be very Dangerous.
Keep your head held high & your powder dry.

Water is way up now with more rain yesterday.

They called and e-mailed me earlier in the week and cancelled the youth hunt for today and tomorrow. Too bad, they do a great job for the kids and it was a nice hunt last year. There is a second youth hunt in December that they said we can check in on and may be able to hunt. Drew tags for both my son and daughter this year too!

Hopefully the water will recede enough that they can resume hunts.

Was there today water still over the road. To get another 2 to 3 inches tonight and tomorrow. Water should not be an issue in December.
