You got to try Casa Blanca in Ruidoso NM. WOW! Was there a couple of weekends ago and had the Casa Combo (cheese enchilada, meat enchilada, relleno and taco). Some of the best if not the best mexican food I've eaten. I know it's not in Texas but it's not far for some of us. Try it out.
