Who’s got some good instant pot or pressure cooker recipes? I got one earlier this week.
Cooked a whole chicken last night then used the carcass to make a gallon of stock. The whole process start to finish (including cleanup) took less than three hours.

got my wife one last summer ... and I have been amazed at how fast and simple it is to use. I have done probably 5-6 different recipes that all came out very good. I even did a rack of ribs that was fall off the bone tender, whole thing took maybe 30-35 minutes. I have a few written down at home that I will get on here for you.

makes great red beans and rice. Definitely going to have to try some beans Made chicken tortilla soup tonight. It was damn good and the chicken was stupid tender.

Sauerkraut, beer, and brats. Brown the brats. Add kraut, beer, and mustard. Cook on the shortest setting and enjoy. Nothing fancy but darn good.
