My neighbor dropped off some bell peppers from his fall garden. I have been touting this dish when asked for venison recipes, so it was perfect timing. I'm a show me not tell me kind of a man.

I used a pound of tenderized cubed steak. Take a peek.



I broke out my wok and it was a done deal within ten minutes. It's a great dish for leftovers. Simply stick it in the microwave for a couple of minutes.



I simply cooked the tenderized steak with the stir fry. You can stew up the meat for tougher cuts.

I was hoping you found some good at home egg rolls. All the ones I've ever had were terrible.

It was fine, but the tenderized steak came out a little tougher than I would have liked. Next time I will get a porterhouse, save the tenderloin for grilling, use the NY strip for the pepper steak, and boil the bone for my stock.

I ended with four dishes over rice for myself and one for my neighbor.
