I dropped my 9 year old, $250 pair of Vortex Diamondbacks binoculars from my deer stand and they landed on a rock. Would never get even close to focusing after that. I boxed them up and sent them back to Vortex telling them what happened. That was last Wednesday and this Wednesday a brand new pair arrived at my door. This company will have all my business from now on.
Cabin rental in Pagosa Springs, Co. Sleeps 10, If interested please PM me.

There’s no doubt that their warranty is unbeatable. They fixed a scope for me, no questions asked. I just wish their warranty wasn’t needed so often

Their no fault warranty is great. Had to send in a scope once and got a brand new one back within a week.

I have a vortex that I believe there is a problem with the reticle/crosshair alignment. When I first bought it I tried mounting in a 20 moa base and had nowhere near enough downward adjustment to get on target at 100 yards. I removed the 20 MOA base and tried a zero MOA bas and still didn't have enough downward adjustment. I used Burris signature z rings with and effective negative 20 moa to get on target and it just barely has enough adjustment to bet to a zero. Good thing is I have all the available 70-80 moa of vertical adjustment for come up, but I have a few loads that I still cant zero because I don't have enough adjustment.
Is this something I can send the scope in for?

Send them an email and they will tell you what they think. They will likely open a case number and have you send it in to be tested.
