Who says that there is no such thing as a free lunch? It's sliced brisket from 407. It started like this.  You can eat it with or without sauce, but I've found that heating it up is better with sauce. Take a peek.  Done deal.  Free? I make my own by mixing Kraft with pan dripping, adding vinegar, cayenne, and a pinch of sugar.

Any sauce is wrong on 407.......that bbq needs no sauce....hot or cold...don't matter......good "Q"

Try Head Country sauce Bill. I don't know if it's better than yours but my tribe likes it on ribs, tenderloin and chicken. Sometimes I chop up some Brisket point and make chopped BBQ sammiches and I use Head Country. It's dang good store bought sauce and if you look you can get it with no MSG.

I chopped the brisket today. It heats better that way for sandwiches.
