He's no bigger than he was last year. Not 100% on his age but looks to be 5 or 6.

I watched him last year a few times and estimated him at 4. I'll see him mid November and might let one of my sons shoot him. Just not impressed with his growth from last year compared to other bucks I'm seeing on camera. I thought he'd be in the high 140's this year.

we had a pretty crappy horn growing season dry as hell when they neede it the worst and wet as heck when it was already too late. If you think he will make it a better spring/summer might make all the difference.

Don't think it'll make a significant difference by comparison of other bucks from last year. This buck and one other have not grown an inch from last year but the other one, I know for sure is a 6.5yr old and had a pretty bad laceration on top of his shoulders last year but he healed up good. The good thing is there are several others that are a higher priority to remove from the herd.
