checked the trail cam today, good news is the deer activity is way up and the hogs seem to have left. Bad news is most of the deer seem to have stopped coming in the day light and are mainly showing in the middle of the night. I haven't put very much pressure on my spot so I don't know what caused this shift in feed times, if anybody can help it would be much appreciated.

The rut will have them coming out in daylight. Good luck.

I run 3 cameras on 3 different properties, those cameras don't tell all the truth

I see several bucks a year from the stand that have never been caught on camera

And regardless, the rut will change everything anyway

I think nocturnal only photos are driven mainly by hunting pressure and also temperature. I make it a point to never try to shoot anything with any of our up and comer type deer in sight and I will usually take advantage of the situation and shoot a loan doe etc. to avoid any education for the others.
