I once had a college professor explain that Penicillin was discovered by serendipity. Something went wrong and penicillin was discovered. It's called a happy accident. My regular was nachos and a tenderloin fajita. My tortilla broke and spilled the fajita all over my nachos. A new dish was discovered by me. This is a serendipitous dish, plus I got rid of a bland tortilla I also cut back from 12 to 9 nachos. I'm stuffed. Take a peek.  I forgot to mention that it goes well with a cold beer.  Any beer will do.

Bill if you toast your tortillas a little bit in a pan they won't break on you.  Food looks great by the way, I would eat the heck out of those nachos!

Bill if you toast your tortillas a little bit in a pan they won't break on you. Food looks great by the way, I would eat the heck out of those nachos! I only had one that broke out of dozens. The generally came out looking like this.  I actually liked the serendipitous nachos better.
