I'm interested in purchasing one of the Ozonics scent control devices either the 230 or the 300, and I was curious what everyone thinks about their products. Is it worth the price?
Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver, and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison; Genesis 27:3 KJV

If I were buying, I would buy the biggest unit available as I bow hunt and would want the maximal benefit.
However, there are a lot of opinions on these types of things, so don't be shocked if you get a slew of different opinions expressed.

I'm interested in purchasing one of the Ozonics scent control devices either the 230 or the 300, and I was curious what everyone thinks about their products. Is it worth the price? I can tell you that all of the scent free shenanigans from most companies killed it for Ozonics. They still push a lot of product and have made a lot of money. My personal opinion and I do not own one is THEY WORK. Last year in West Texas and Central Texas Deer hunting, I was able to see for myself. Best friend has the tub with 500 or 550 (don’t remember which one works for clothes) and always mounts another to his tree or ground blind. I laughed at him and joked all the way until it was time to be serious and worried that it was going to run them off. Both Bucks on ground came in and did not care one bit that we were there because I personally believe they did not know we were there. One on a trail and the other on a pile of corn we threw on ground. No high fence, box blind, food plot, protein feeder or home grown deer. Wheeler, TX and Llano, TX. Now if I am saying this why don’t I own one? The price is just high for my blood and I have killed several not having it. Just not as easy. When the price drops or I find one on sale, I will purchase.

Eleven Bravo, this is why it is impossible to argue anecdote with science.
Scientific research has shown the scent eliminators do nothing to eliminate scent, see all the dog sniffing research out there. The ozone products did confuse the dogs for a short time but didn't eliminate anything (and that was with the ozone production being contained to a box with a person in it, not the normal wind and a tree stand).
Anecdotal evidence is played out by people like you that say it "worked" and will even swear it "worked", but there is no control group and could be confounding issues (i.e. wind might have been perfect, young bucks many times don't care as much about scent, etc) that made ozone appear to work but in reality had little to nothing to do with it "working".
For the record, I do not use ozonics and have had plenty of deer come in while I was on stand or on the ground, even from down wind of my position. Every deer is different and will react to scent differently.

Texas Buckeye, I agree with what you are saying. Maybe it’s just me and the best year I have had it just so happened to be that a Ozonics was there. I don’t own one and will once again use the wind and natural resources to my advantage this year. Over the past 20 years as an outdoorsman and 15 years as a Soldier, it has been experience and and training that has made be better every year. So it could just be that and I am playing the scent free as a crutch.

If they worked.....you wouldn’t be able to find one on a shelf anywhere!!!!!
Drug manufacturers and dealers would buy every single one!!!!

I believe it works. I use the 300. Every time I do not have the ozonics I get busted by the same few doe. When I have it, I have never been busted by them or any other deer. Coincidence, maybe, but my results have been very convincing. Below is a video of my son's first deer with a bow. She was eating under the feeder, at 20 yards, directly down wind of us. My son now asks me for the Ozonics every time we go hunting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbIS8v85lB4&t=135s

I've been thinking about trying to make one. Sounds like the same results for half the price.
