Place is legit BBQ. Do yourself a favor and go try them out. Burnt ends and sliced beef are excellent.
They're located at 7126 S FM 548 in Royce City. It is a food truck with outdoor seating.

Good to hear some reviews. I go by there once a week, never see any cars or anybody eating there. Might have to give it a try.

Me personally,I love a great bark on BBQ.. Some dont... Chad "kills" the bark on his beef ribs and brisket....Yes it is a quirky area but he sells out usually.. His goal is to become a store front place but you have to start somewhere...I usually just call ahead and order for take out to pick up....Im actually glad he is 1 hr away because Id be there 5 days a week...Im just glad DFW is getting some Damn good BBQ places so I dont have to drive to Kruez anymore...

I am a few minutes a way and eat there quite a bit. Everyone I have taken there have said it was some of the best brisket they have had. That said I do not like their sauce, good thing the brisket doesn't need it.....

We ordered 5lbs of brisket for our Friday night meal. None was left! Even my granddaughter went back for 2nds and 3rds!
