My wife picked up a 4 pack of mini naan bread at walmart. They make a perfect pizza dough, thin, crispy on the bottom with a good chew. Use the kraft pizza blend cheese and top with anything you like. 10 minutes in the oven and you have easy hot fresh pizza.

I am both fortunate and unfortunate to live in Houston with a sizable Indian population so I can find fresh made naan in several places. It is freaking good.
I'm a dude who likes long barrels!

I got the urge to try making naan at home a couple of months ago. Unfortunately I have already deleted the photos.
It is a very easy bread to make, and it tastes delicious.
Your pizza idea sounds great.
