A few guys that I served with will be coming to Texas for a weekend of "roughing" it in the boonies. One of the things we will play with is homemade Montagnard crossbows. I will do little modification, I will be using flattened PVC pipe fpr the bow part. I have made these before, but the wood can dry out over time and snap, and that sucks. That's pretty nifty! Bet you all will have a good time and that the BS will be at least waist high each evening!!

That's pretty nifty! Bet you all will have a good time and that the BS will be at least waist high each evening!! Most of us will be in our 70's our weekend will include mostly getting caught up on the last years happenings. A few shoots with the bow and a few AR15's.
