I am posting this for a friend. He is buying a place south of Hwy 59 between Beeville and Berclair located in Bee County. Property is 127 acres and it is mostly brush cut with quail strips. He is wanting to deer lease it, or year round lease it with limited quail and turkey. Property has a water well but no electricity. He wants to know what leases are going for or If anyone is interested you can PM me.

127 acres will only occupy one hunter maybe 2 in my 2 cents. What is the population of deer, has he done a study of doe to buck count?
